The Christmas Stroll from 5:30 to 8:30 invites all to explore shops, churches, and art galleries, while the Harwich Fire & Police collect toys, food, and donations for the “Homeless for the Holidays” initiative. Harwich Center takes center stage with the debut of “Dickens of a Christmas: A Christmas Carol in Harwich.” From 12 to 6, Main Street transforms into a live, interactive stroll through Charles Dickens’ classic tale. Vendors and Food Trucks line Brooks Park, offering sustenance and delight. Early birds can explore the Garden Club of Harwich Holiday Boutique, and the day unfolds with a Holiday Bazaar, Open Market at The 204, and Holiday House and Inn Tours. The John McCutcheon Concert for Kids adds a touch of magic, while the day concludes with an Advent Concert and “An Evening with John McCutcheon,” showcasing the folk music maestro’s talents. 🕯️🎶
