    It Is hard to put into words, my thankfulness for having Cynthia Eisen as my realtor. I have bought and sold many properties over the last 30 years, and all have gone pretty smoothly ,with the exception of my most recent.Cynthia and I both were blindsided with the unexpected, and it became clear that selling this property would be a huge ordeal. Instead of her walking quickly away from the listing, she remained completely professional, helpful, and unruffled. This property required two lawsuits to get squared away….and still she hung in there with me. In my view , there is no amount of commission to be made, that would be worth the hassle of this listing.It took nearly four years to get this resolved, she looked into every way possible to get this property the most exposure online, and in property magazines. She always took the time to let me know about other similar properties that might be comparable, even when the sale of this property was far from being eminent .If there was a real estate niche for “hard to sell properties” Cynthia would be the best “go-to person” i know. Although, I would not wish this kind of real estate sale on any realtor, my point is that Cynthia has patience, knowledge of the market, and a huge amount of integrity in her professionalism. Cynthia, has always acted in my best interest ,and was able to be very rational about things ,when I got frustrated with how much time this was all taking.     It is an increasingly familiar dilemma for our (“sandwich”) generation. When my mother moved from her condominium into assisted living, it fell to us to empty and sell her condo. Like so many of her contemporaries who lived through the Depression, my mother had been a lifelong hoarder. We began sorting through the endless piles of boxes and the overflowing closets. And then, following a January freeze and a burst water pipe, the situation precipitously worsened. Much of the place had to be gutted and rebuilt. We thought we would never get out from under this monster. Enter Charleen Warner. As we grew more and more frustrated with the process of rebuilding and tired of waiting for calls and emails to be answered, she ran interference for us with the contractors, the insurance representative, and the condo association. Later Charleen found homes for large tables and bookcases and helped carry trash to the dumpster. She located someone to cart awkward items of junk to the dump and salvageable items to the “swap shop.” As soon as the rebuilt walls were painted and the wood flooring replaced, she rearranged the bits of remaining furniture and held open house showings. Charleen encouraged us through the never-ending process of preparing the condominium for sale and guided potential buyers through banking hurdles. She was our ever-patient big sister and good friend. I never heard a word of complaint. We were frequently discouraged, but not Charleen. In the end she got us through an onerous and oft-rescheduled closing. Thank you, Charleen. We couldn’t have survived the process without you.

    We are writing this reference for our outstanding real estate agent Charleen Warner. Charleen has provided us with superior customer service, as our real estate agent over several transactions. Perhaps the best way to illustrate Charlene’s commitment, knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile, is to review our professional encounters with her. After the passing of my father in 2015, we needed assistance to sell my dad’s house in Falmouth. Obviously this was a difficult time for us, but we received a strong reference to contact Charleen Warner, She knows Falmouth and is very conscientious. We are so happy that we followed up on this! Not only did Charleen meet us on short notice, she provided a market analysis and even more importantly directed us to multiple vendors, (people that she deals with on a regular basis), to help provide repairs, maintenance and other services to prepare the house for sale. In a sense Charleen was like a one stop shopping center providing excellent recommendations. Charleen cleverly priced the house to sell and created a bidding war that led to multiple bids selling the house at the highest possible price. The house went on the market, and sold at a premium in about two weeks! Our second business transaction with Charleen was related to a summer rental in Falmouth. Once again, Charleen knew just the property for us locating a rental within walking distance of Surf Beach. Charleen put us in touch with the owner of the property, (we are not sure that there is anyone in Falmouth that Charleen does not know!), and we spent two weeks in a well finished duplex that was perfect for our family. Finally, we decided that we wanted to purchase a home in Falmouth at the end of the Summer of last year. So of course we contacted Charleen! Charleen showed us many properties in Falmouth over a month or so; she was our agent but most importantly our eyes and ears on Falmouth. Charleen’s professionalism, patience and drive were key elements in finding us a house in North Falmouth which we ultimately put an offer on and ultimately bought. During the period up to the purchase and sale closing there were some issues, and Charleen stepped in providing advice and experts to help us get through the final issues. After the sale Charleen showed her tremendous commitment and empathy by staying involved with us. Our new property is currently a second house and with winter was upon us we needed help to make sure the house was winterized. Charleen provided us with excellent references for everything from a locksmith to a general contractor, to a snow plow contractor. Again this type of customer service highlights Charleen’s commitment to full service for her real estate clients. We see Charleen as one in a million! Charlene is a true professional, loyal and resolute. We are proud to call her our friend.
